Lip & Nose Sculpting
Our lips are a prominent facial feature, sensual and feminine. Every woman desires symmetrical, juicy, plump and red lips. But as we get older, the volume of the lips decreases and they lose their fullness, wrinkles appear on the lips and the skin becomes dry.
The upper lip lengthens and covers the teeth when smiling, additionally the corners of the mouth tend to droop.
This condition is not age dependent. Every woman is unique, and if the natural structure of your lips is narrow and lacking in volume this may affect your self-image.
During lip sculpting treatment, I will restore your lips to the full and natural look you desire by injecting hyaluronic acid.
Even the nose, which is a prominent face feature, can today be shaped and sculpted without plastic surgery, allowing you to reach desired results effectively and easily.
Innovative treatments allow us to refine nasal deformities, using local anesthesia only.
In many cases, I treat people who have undergone nose surgery in the past and are not satisfied with the result, without the need for additional surgery.
I inject dedicated and high-quality fillers using an innovative micro-drop technique which allows me to sculpt your nose beautifully and suit it to your natural facial features without the need of surgery.

About the Procedure
Do you feel that your lips are narrow and lack volume? Do you perceive this as detrimental to your self-image? Are you an older woman who has noticed that the line defining the lip edges is not as evident as it once was.
I want to assure you that if you have wrinkles around the mouth, asymmetry or if your mouth droops at the corners, these conditions are reversible with a quick, effective, simple treatment, with immediate results, that does require surgical intervention.
Lip structure and volume is a cultural conception. In the past, a small mouth was considered beautiful, however, in recent years and in light of the trend of celebrities displaying full lips, we tend to follow current trends and also seek to display plump lips with a luscious, youthful appearance.
I can empathize with women who fear that the result of this procedure will look ‘unnatural’. But, every age has its own ‘look’ and the approach to lip sculpting differs from woman to woman. There are those who want a full and juicy look and there are those who prefer only a slight enhancement.
With the understanding that defining beautiful lips is a changing trend, I use temporary fillers, which are custom made in accordance with contemporary trends. The structure of the lips changes with age. Injections performed on women in their 20’s can look fantastic, but can appear collapsed after some years.
The size of the lips should be in proportion to the size and width of the face, and the lips should be symmetrical.
Over the years, the volume of lip tissue decreases due to reduction of fat cell volume, muscle tissue and skin that loses fibrous collagen and elastin. The subcutaneous blood vessels decrease, resulting in a blurred demarcation line.
The shape of the lips change, the angle droops and ‘marionette‘ lines form (the medical term for the lines that form at the sides of the mouth).
Over the years, wrinkles appear on the upper lip and gradually spread to the lower lip and the sides of the mouth. Women who smoke are more prone to these wrinkles, however men, due to their thick facial skin do not experience these wrinkles and shaving in itself assists by performing a daily exfoliation.
The lower lip recedes (and sometimes the upper lip as well), due to the thinning of the lower jawbone. This process becomes more extreme after dental implants, dentures, tooth loss etc.
In my experience, the appearance of wrinkles and marionette lines causes unnecessary distress to many women. A relatively simple procedure can produce an improved appearance of the lips, which will miraculously enhance self-esteem.
Does your nose bother you to the extent that you avoid having your photograph taken?
It is no secret that plastic surgery can reshape the vast majority of noses and adapt them to suit facial features. However, some of us prefer to avoid undergoing surgery that includes anesthesia, incisions, long recovery and even permanent change. Hyaluronic acid nose injections have been developed for those who seek an easy, effective and temporary change that creates a surprising and impressive correction. This slight correction is performed to suit your facial features and instantly boosts your self-image.
It is important to understand that not all desirable changes can be created using this method of treatment, nor even by undergoing nose surgery. Sometimes I recommend a less significant change than you are interested in to ensure natural harmony between your new nose shape and your facial features.

My Personal Tip:
You will not believe the difference the addition of a few millimeters to the lips will make to your self-esteem.
If you prefer to avoid surgery, design and sculpting is the perfect answer to a natural and improved appearance!
Our lips are well supplied with blood vessels and sensory nerves. Every action in the lip area requires proper anesthesia during treatment. Filler is injected into the lip line, the lips themselves, the corners of the mouth, the wrinkles of the lip – each case is individual. The injection is performed using a needle or cannula.
In most lip injections I will inject 1 ml of filler. Sometimes, more filler is required.
The injection involves shaping the structure of the lips, shaping the area around the lips, the defining lines and continuing with the expression folds and marionette lines.
I use delicate needles to inject a small amount of hyaluronic acid to various points in the nose, without any discomfort. The main emphasis of sculpting is not the treatment itself but the design. Injecting the filler requires high skill to avoid damaging the blood vessels and ensures maximum satisfaction.

There is no special preparation for the procedure. Due to the large number of sensory nerves in the lip area, I will apply an anesthetic cream that will significantly reduce discomfort.
The most popular lip or nose sculpting injection substance is based on hyaluronic acid. I adjust the consistency according to your wishes, in terms of final appearance. I use only FDA approved materials containing the safest compounds, with minimum side effects.
In the past, it was customary to inject silicone into the lips. The use of silicone has become rare, because of results that often seem excessive and unnatural and also because of inflammatory reactions that can form years after the injection.
Occasionally, I will inject fat into the lips. This type of injection will be performed during generalized dermal filling procedures.
I will ask you to fill out a health statement and questionnaire.
Before the procedure, I need to know whether you have suffered from Herpes Simplex and whether a permanent filler (silicone) has been injected into your lips in the past.
If silicone has been injected into your lips in the past, it is not recommended to treat with hyaluronic acid, but if we decide to continue with the procedure, even though you have previously had a silicone fill, it is important to know that the procedure may lead to swelling and antibiotic treatment will be required.
Mild pain, swelling, bruising, less common side effects are asymmetry and unevenness.
The results of the injection are immediately visible, but due to the reaction of the lips to the injections, reactive swelling will last two to three days after the procedure and the lips will appear swollen and larger than intended. You will see the end result after three days.
If the angles of your mouth droop, there are several lifting techniques available. For example, I will sometimes recommend filling in additional areas, such as marionette lines or filling in the jaw line.
After the treatment, the lips are numb so you should avoid drinking hot beverages and smoking until the anesthetic effect has completely worn off.
The result of lip filling and sculpting will last approximately six months. In most cases, with repeat treatments, results last longer.
Hyaluronic acid, or any other calcium-based filler, is easily absorbed by the body and the result is immediate, however, after a certain period of time its effect wears off.
The main disadvantage of sculpting versus plastic surgery is that the results are not permanent. However, the advantage is that if you have difficulty in adapting to your new look, the good news is that this treatment is not permanent.
If you are satisfied with the result, you can undergo repeat treatments easily, with fast and impressive results and with discomfort, without compromising your routine, and at significantly lower costs than surgery.
